Lead expert for planning and facilitation

Dr. Laura Sinóros-Szabó is an experienced advisor and project management expert with a strong background in higher education policy, EU-funded project coordination, and international cooperation. She holds a PhD in Regional Sciences from the University of Debrecen, with a dissertation on efficiency factors in EU-funded public sector projects. Dr. Sinóros-Szabó has organized major international events, including the Hungarian-African Rectors' Conferences (2024–2026).

She has been engaged with the PROFFORMANCE project since its inception. During the first phase, she contributed to project planning and oversaw its implementation as Head of Department at the Ministry responsible for higher education. In the second phase, she led the institutional piloting of the tool at the University of Sopron. Notably, she coined the name "PROFFORMANCE" by blending the words "professor" and "performance."
