The Professional Use and International Dissemination of PROFFORMANCE Results
In 2026, the PROFFORMANCE Team and its experts presented the tools, methodological approaches and experiences developed through the project at various national and international professional forums.
Following the completion of the PROFFORMANCE+ project in December 2025, the professional use and wider dissemination of its results continued throughout 2026.
The 2026 Roadshow covered five countries – Austria, Hungary, the United States, Georgia and Portugal.
The topics addressed in each presentation were adapted to the professional focus of the respective event, allowing the PROFFORMANCE results to contribute to discussions on:
- inclusive higher education environments,
- the assessment of learning outcomes,
- international cooperation and partnership building,
- knowledge sharing between higher education institutions,
- sustainability, and
- digitalisation and the development of learning-support content.
Inclusion and Institutional Culture – Salzburg
The first stop of the 2026 Roadshow was the “We Make a Change”: Making Institutional Cultures in Higher Education More Inclusive – Peer Learning Activity, held in Salzburg on 18–19 February 2026. As part of the professional programme, PROFFORMANCE shared its approaches to inclusion and inclusive institutional culture.
Learning Outcomes and Assessment – Budapest
On 21 April, at the professional event “Let’s Put Value on Learning! – Measuring and Assessing Learning Outcomes in Practice” in Budapest, the PROFFORMANCE assessment approach and tools supporting competence development were brought into focus.
International Cooperation and Partnership Building – Esztergom
On 5 May, within the framework of the Spring TCA Officers’ Week – Partner Search, PROFFORMANCE project's experiences were shared with participants through informal professional discussions, with the aim of exploring potential areas for future cooperation.
Knowledge Sharing Between Higher Education Institutions – Budapest
During the “SPREAD EUI – European Universities Alliances as Role Models: Spreading Innovative Results to Other Higher Education Institutions – Informal NA Meeting”, held in Budapest on 12–13 May, PROFFORMANCE contributed to the topic of sharing good practices and knowledge between higher education institutions.
International Professional Visibility – NAFSA 2026 – USA
At the NAFSA 2026 Annual Conference & Expo, held in Orlando from 26–29 May, the presentation of PROFFORMANCE focused on professional development of teachers through learning within and between higher education institutions, in connection with the topic of sustainability in education.
Sustainability and Higher Education – Tbilisi and Aveiro
In June, sustainability provided the point of connection between PROFFORMANCE and two international professional events.
- On 15 June, at the International Conference – Sustainable Development Goals: Interdisciplinary Research & Innovation in Tbilisi, the PROFFORMANCE results related to sustainability were presented.
- A few days later, on 18–19 June, the SEFI Regional Event 2026 – Education for Sustainable Development in Aveiro provided an opportunity to present PROFFORMANCE's educational and methodological approaches related to sustainability.
Next Stop – Digitalisation and Learning-Support Content Development
The Roadshow will continue in autumn 2026. On 17 October, at the Károli Gáspár University’s event, VII. Education Informatics in Higher Education Conference and Exhibition – New Approaches to the Development of Learning-Support Content, the PROFFORMANCE results related to digitalisation and the development of learning-support content will be presented.
The Results in New Professional Contexts
The 2026 Ambassador Roadshow provides a strong example of how the PROFFORMANCE results can continue to be applied and shared in different professional contexts even after the completion of the project. The Roadshow was not built around a single theme: depending on the focus of each event, a different aspect was brought to the forefront, while the common focus throughout remained on supporting the professional development of teachers, improving the quality of teaching and learning, institutional learning and international knowledge sharing.
In this way, PROFFORMANCE continued its professional work in 2026 not only within its own communities, but also by bringing the knowledge and experience accumulated through the project to new professional forums and international contexts.
