How to implement the joint assessment?

1. Please register to the tool.profformance.eu.

2. Please find the Network:

• Your country
  • Your institution

During the assessment, please work in this network!

but work in the Network: International Institutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassadors 

4. When your network is ready – so you added teachers to be involved, you may set the assessment task:

• Create a new task titled: “Course Design Competence Assessment” within your institutional subnetwork.

• Assign the full TA1 to the task.
• Set the deadline to 15 June 2026.

5. Add participating teachers and organize the process according to the following minimum requirements:
   • At least 4 instructors and 8 students involved 
   • Organize a kick-off meeting to clarify objectives, roles, tasks, and timeline
   • Each instructor must:
     • Complete a self-assessment
     • Provide and receive at least one peer feedback
     • Should receive at least 2 student feedbacks
   • Ensure completion of TA1 (self-, peer-, and student assessment), followed by analysis and conclusions
   • Continuous documentation and reporting using the provided templates
      
6. After expiration of the end date you may see the results.
